Centered around premium Hokkaido-grown Nanatsuboshi rice, courses created by Chef Jason Peel highlight unique
preparations paired with local ingredients and Japanese flavors for a thoughtful and elevated dining experience.
Optional premium sake selections by Tassho Pearce from World Sake are available for preorder; bottles are also
offered for retail purchase in the market. Omakase includes coffee, iced tea, and soft drinks.
