Party Platters

All platters require 1-2 days advance orders.  Prepayment required. No refunds for cancellation less than 48 hours (two full days) prior to pick up time. Other conditions may apply.  Platter size and presentation is determined by DHMG.  Side sauces served in containers to be determined by DHMG. Platters subject to availability.  Prices and content subject to change without notice. Fresh Fruit Platter - $50
Fresh fruits artfully arranged with fresh berries.  

Crudités Platter - $45     

Chilled fresh and specialty vegetables accompanied with house made ranch dip.  

Mezze Platter - $65

Mediterranean style vegetarian platter with house made hummus, grilled marinated, Balsamic  eggplant, roasted red and yellow peppers, Pesto laced yellow squash & zucchini, Kalamata Olives and Pita points. 

Chilled Salmon - $50 half of side / $90 full side

A platter of cold poached salmon served with house made Remoulade, garnished with fennel, fresh dill, onion, capers and lemon wheels.

Quesadillas - $45

Your choice of one:  lime chicken, grape-almond-grilled chicken, or mushroom-roast pepper quesadillas served with fresh house made salsa (24 pieces).

Wrap Platter - $55 (4 WHOLE CUT INTO 8THS)

Your choice of two of our signature wraps cut sushi style - Vegetarian, Chicken Caesar, Turkey Grape, Salmon (32 pieces). 

Shrimp Cocktail - $40 for 24 pieces/$65 for 48 pieces

Large cooked and peeled shrimp served with house specialty cocktail sauce and lemon. 

Inari Sushi - $50

Seasoned deep fried tofu pockets stuffed with seasoned rice mixed with various local flavors - assorted ocean salad, shiso, salmon, and wakame with brown rice.

Kim Bop Platter - $55

Sushi roll filled with rice, teri beef, shredded carrot, choi sum, and pickled radish (50 pieces).

BBQ Grill - $103.00

Marinated meats grilled to perfection from our grill includes kalbi beef, char siu chicken, char siu pork, and teriyaki chicken.  

Pasta Salad - $50

Signature grilled vegetable pasta salad dressed with our house-made Pesto and Parmesan cheese.

Dessert - $80

Assortment of our baked desserts served petit four style - Blueberry cream cheese squares (12) , okinawan sweet potato haupia squares (12), brownies (16) and pumpkin crunch squares (12).

7-Layer Dip - $85 (feeds 15-20)

House made refried beans, special sauce, guacamole, olives, roasted tomato salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, green onions, tortilla chips
