Already popular for lunch, dinner, take out, heat-and-eat entrees and baked goods, Diamond Head Market & Grill is now open for the breakfast. His airy light pancakes come plain or with fresh banana, coconut or blueberry. Ro reworks the loco moco with a hash made from garlicky slow-roasted pork shaped into a patty accompanied by eggs, house-made brown gravy and choice of brown or white rice ( fried rice can be sub for additional $1.50).
