We serve wonderful
to-go items such as our famous grilled Portobello mushrooms with
balsamic jus, fresh grilled fish as well as local home style burgers, french fries, and dinner entrees.
What's cook'in? In 2007 after numerous customer requests, we started our breakfast service with items such as fresh banana pancakes, homemade pork hash, loco moco, and our own healthier version of local fried rice, fluffy omlettes and fresh salmon & ahi.

Market & Grill owner-chef Kelvin Ro's favorite meal is breakfast. In
2007 he added the most important meal of the day to the takeout menu.
Already popular for lunch, dinner, take out, heat-and-eat entrees and
baked goods, Diamond Head Market & Grill is now open for the
breakfast. His airy light pancakes come plain or with fresh banana,
coconut or blueberry. Chef Ro reworks the loco moco with a hash made from
garlicky slow-roasted pork shaped into a patty accompanied by eggs,
house-made brown gravy and choice of brown or white rice ( fried
rice can be sub for additional $1.50).
